Tracey has announced the new DT at TKM that will be starting in October. Congrats to my girlie Angela Prieto, Michelle Crumby, Jennifer Colosimo and Christy Schroeder. You will love working with her. This is the best place to be and I am going to miss so much on being DT there. It was alot fun and the ladies are going to love it. September will be my last DT month at The Kits Meow and the pre-orders are in for the September Kits. My Friend Di posted on her blog about a card she made 3 years ago. Her challenge: See if you can find your earliest creation (card, layout, whatever) and post it to your blog! Link me up!!! I will do this challenge and dont laugh. This Layout is from 2003 that I did for a contest. Now I know why I did not win..lol I know I have been scrapbooking for 10 years but the last 4 years I have grown so much in this craft. I have not posted since last Tuesday and so much has been going on that I had no time to get my butt over here till today. We went on a mini convention to Connecticut to Dinosaur Crossing and Mystic Seaport . It was awesome but my camera felt like not working and lost all my pics from the Dino Crossing. I was so heartbroken. I took so many pics but I did at least safe some from Mystic. We are going back to Dino Crossing in the Fall to check it out again and see the changing of the leaves ther. I cant wait. We did a membership to Seaport and hubby and I will be doing a day of it for ourselves. We love listening sightseeing and listening to the stories but the kids get anxious so we didnt stay to long in different areas. Here are some pics from Seaport Next week I will be posting some of my layouts that I have been doing for different DT's. In two weeks, I have completed 12 layouts, 15 cards and two gifts for teachers. More to come.....

Kimberly posted a challenge at Treasures to Scrap Upload a Picture that signifies SUMMER/CALMNESS.Describe how the photo makes you feel. Well I thought about and here is the pic I did on this. To me, the kids at the beach wondering out there is so peaceful..it like they are dreaming. Its a time that a remember back of my beach days with my family and enjoying the warm water and sand on my feet. What a glorious day we had and its something that they will remember like I did as a child.

I love the weekend...its a time to do things with the kids and hubby I am getting some stuff done today and letting the kids play in the pool till later We will be having a busy weekend and a fun one full of picture taking We are going to hubby play with his band ( B street Blues) at Newburyport for a Festival and then will be alot of fun to see them and check out the parade and the goodies there. Then on Sunday, we are going to the beach. Its awesome to go together. I can wait to take some pics this weekend I also have a toot that will be posted on sunday at PENCIL LINES I will be the GDT for that week (WoooHooo!!!)
