31 Days Writing Challenge

Starting tomorrow I took the challenge to write for 31 Days in the month of October.  Here is information about from the site Write31days.com 31 Days is an online writing challenge started by  home blogger, Myquillyn Smith (The Nester) , and now hosted by   Crystal Stine , where bloggers pick one topic and write a post on that topic every day in October. We all link up just once on day one (linky opens on the evening of October 1st) so that we can see all the topics and read the ones that most interest us.   Laugh by Lucy Chesna   Supplies Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee; Die Cuts: Pink Paislee; Chipboard: Pink Paislee; Buttons: Pink Paislee; Letters: Jillibean Soup; Ink: Ranger Download if you like or you can use punches, diecuts or trace from chipboard circles Supplies 3 1/2, 2 1/2, 1 1/2 circles Double Sided Paper Adhesive Scissors Buttons Ink  1. Cut 3 circles of each size; Fold each circle in half, then in half again, into quarters; Unfold 2. Using the creases in the paper, cut them (leaving 1 inch of the space in the middle of each circle) and you will have 8 petals 3. Cut off about 1/4 inch of paper where you made the slit. Removing these wedges will give each petal a little space to manuever 4. Nip off the corners to shape the petal 5. Take one finger and press the sides with the other finger to lift it. Recipe: Chocolate Cream Cheese Stuffed Monkey Bread

Chocolate Cream Cheese Stuffed Monkey Bread recipe from buzzfeed.com  Recipe (2) 16 oz containers of biscuit dough or (3) 7.5 oz containers 8-12 oz Cream Cheese Chocolate Chips 1 cup White Sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 cup Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Walnuts (optional)  Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C) Directions Cut biscuits in half if you use the 16 oz containers but if you the small ones that just flatten each one out. Cube the cream cheese (32 pieces). Flatten each biscuit and place one cube of cream cheese and a few chocolate chips in the center of each. Fold the biscuit dough around the cream cheese and chocolate and form into a ball.   In a 1 gallon plastic bag combine 1 cup of white sugar and 2 tsp of cinnamon. Add 6-8 dough balls to the bag, seal the bag, and shake until well coated. Repeat for the remainder of the stuffed dough pieces.  In a microwave safe bowl add 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter.
