{Tutorial} 3×3 Notecard box

I love creating these little boxes to add notcards to give it as a gift or use it put gifts into it. Its so simple and fun to create especially when you have your scorpal helping you out. Supplies: 1- 7 1/2 square cardstock 1- 5 5/8 piece of cardstock 1- 5 1/8 piece of pattern paper 1- 1 3/4 x 3 1/2 strip of pattern paper Scor-pal Scor Tape Ink Embellishments Step One:  Score the 7 1/2 cardstock at 2″ all around; score the 5 5/8 at 1″ around Step Two:  Make vertical cuts (following the scored line) on all four sides to create a flap in each corner of the 7 1/2″ square cardstock piece. Repeat this step on the 5 5/8″ square piece of cardstock. Step Three:  Add Scor Tape to each corner flap on each one. Step Four:  Bring in the fold and adhere it to the middle to form the box. Repeat this step with the 5 5/8 cardstock Step Five:  You are ready to decorate the box As you can see its so simple and really fun to do. So the next time you need to put something

{Tutorial} Making Flowers from Hexagons

Supplies Double Sided Patterned Paper Template Scissors Adhesive Button or Brad TEMPLATE Step One:  Print Template and cut out the shapes; Trace the template onto the patterned Paper and cut them out. Step Two:  Cut in from each point of the shape but not all the way to the middle; leave a 1/4 inch around   Step Three:  Fold from one to create a triangle shape on each petal; Repeat process for all the shapes     Step Four:  Assemble the flower starting with large shape on the bottom and attach with brad.   As you can see its a great way to create a unique out of a shape.
