TOOT!!!! Scrap-Dinner I am a Cat-Eye Kitten As some of you know, I am one of the Pubcalls Crew and when a new site comes up, I like to go over and wish them good luck in thier venture and call. Thats it...I move on but this place was different. It felt to make this a home for myself. I am so happy that now I am the DT for this awesome place. Sher (the owner) is a doll. She is awesome. Thanks for the opportunity. Plus I will be working with some awesome ladies especially my girl Nancy ..Yah!!!!!!!!! Well I am off to the Scrap Pink Crop at my LSS. Can I say my husband is so HOT when he plays with his band. I love muscians and they are hot ( well my husband at least..lol). We went to Fody's in NH on Saturday and they were smoking at the joint. It was awesome and the place was packed when they play. Here are some pics from Saturday plus some pics where taken of me. Thats right, someone took pics of me and I like them...well I took off my glasses off first before they took it. I hate wearing them..lol Here are some pics we took at the birhday party we went today ..the kids has a great time plus some pics at the backyard. It was a beautiful day that I cooked some hamburgers and ate near the fire ...the kids loved it and we did too. Well, I am pooped and off to bed to start a new week See you at the boards

I went to the thrift a few days ago and I had too much fun there. I get so much inspiration from the store to alter. I love to alter and create something out of other things that people don't want. I am going today to get some other stuff that I saw and did not get. I hope its still there. I will be altering this with some DT stuff that I got from Scrapbook Doodle and cant wait Plus I just finished 5 projects for Treasures to Scrap and cant wait to upload them on the 1st for you guys. It was a lot of fun The weekend is here and busy weekend..........I am going to see hubby play with his band tonight and the kids will be at my parents. On SUnday, we have a birthday party to go to and hoping to scrap when we get home but will see. I hope you guys have a great weekend. See you at the boards!!!

This is will be a long one today...this one is about soul searching the true meaning of scrapbooking for me Keeping your work safe....I don't mean page protectors but protecting you work from plagiarism or copycat of your layouts, cards and projects. We all love to scraplift but you need to give credit that is due to the designer. I may get some slack from this but as a scrapbooker and sketch designer, I would like to get credit of my work as well giving credit to others. There are times I go to boards and see my sketch on someones layout and no credit is posted. I love when people use my sketches and I am very honored but just put down ..used Lucy Chesna Sketch Design or a link to the site thats all I ask. I also have realized that their are scrappers out there are stealing scrapbookers work. I am just astonished that people would do that to others fellow sister scrapbookers. Its sad that this industry has gone to this extent. We have so much talent and its being twisted. I see sc

Since Thursday its been busy weekend and it has not stopped. We went apple picking on Sunday and we had a blast. I made apple pie for two days and still have more apples to make pies and give away. Here is some pics from Sunday Here is the apple pie I made...yummy

Thanks Nancy ...I added music that I love to listen and will be adding more I finally got my computer to work for me so now trying to get back in track with the boards, emails and DT stuff I have so much to especially my sketch blog but hoping to get all these things done in the next two days We are going to see hubby with his blues band on Saturday at a Fair in Harvard, Ma. I love watching him and there will be alot to do there with the kids ...I will be taking pics of course...lol well now off to check boards ...........

Its been a busy weekend. Hubby played on Friday with B Street Blues the worked on Saturday so we basically stayed and I scrapped. On Sunday, it was a beautiful day and we went to play minature golf and had ice cream. Then went grocery shopping and made a delicious steak dinner. Here are some pics Then on Monday we went to the Beach for the day. It was glorious and we stayed late to have dinner by the sea. On Tuesday we got all our last minute stuff done before school starts today and had a great dinner at home Today was the 1st day of school.
