I have called out from work for 3 days now and I know they are not liking it but what can I do. I really love my online pals. Its great to get to know people and become friends. I have know a few for years and I wish someday I can meet them. Tutorial: Create your own paper flowers Its easy and I am going to show how you can do one on your layout or cards. Supply List: Flower template Adhesive Scissors Patter paper or cardstock Pencil Inking pad Felt or any other embellishment to put in the middle of flower Directions: 1.Download file and cut out flower templates 2.Trace the templates to the desired paper you would like to use. I have 3 layers on my flower and it goes from smallest to largest 3.After cutting them then you want to ink them if desired 4.You want to cut then after each dent on the template. You can see I made lines thru the flower template to let you know where you need to cut with your scissors 5.When you cut all your flowers then pinch each petal on your flower 6.Then assemble the flower starting with the largest and you work up till the last flower is on top of the other. When you feel that the flower looks the way you want it than adhere it to each other. 7.Its embellishme...

I found out today that a wonderful women had passed away yesterday. I knew her from the boards like Memories From the Attic, Magistical Memories and some other places. The times that we have chatted on the boards was wonderful. She was caring and always there to help someone. She touched everyone in some way and she will be missed. Please take a moment to pray for the Neilson Family. We will miss you Janice ...you will always be in our heart and we will never forget your smile

I was doing so good and I slacked this week with my blog.. I was so busy with doctors ( for me and hubby) and work that I did not have one minute to sit here and blog but I will do better. I am off for the day to Maine to scrap with BettY and Nicole. I am so excited. I am not sure how much I can scrap with braces on my hands but I dont care...scrapping and being with friends will be great. Its been raining, cold and now starting to snow hard here. No school today and its pj's day here at the house. I love those days :) I am adding to blog chat 52 Blessings Project that I am doing at Faith Sisters . Post 1 Blessing for each week all yeat long. I can corporate this with my photo-a-day challenge and maybe scrap this for my BOM Album. 52 Blessings Project- Week 1 I have many blessings but I think the first one will be nature. I just love the many wonders of our Lord when the seasons change from winter to spring to summer then fall and right back to winter again. Its amazing! One of my favorite seasons is fall and here is a photo of my backyard during this season.

I finally finished my layout for the Faith Sisters and ScrapDango challenge. I needed to pray on this and really know what resolutions I needed to make for myself. There are many but I am taking the one day at a time approach. I am also writing it down so it can be set in stone and shife myself into gear with this. The first step to accept then its to stand and then move forward to your goals. Thats what I will be doing in 2009. Here is what I did for the challenge Photo-A-Day Challenge- Its my my must have every morning before I start my day :)

Kids are back to school and the house is quiet...lol I do miss them and miss getting up late. eating breakfast in the tv room while watching a movie and snuggles through out the day :). I will be going back to work on Wednesday ( BLAH!!!!!!!) but I like the place so its good. Over at Scrapbook Doodle , Wescrap and Scrapdango they are doing a Photo-a-day challenge for 2009 so I am going to try to keep up with this( I am already 4 days behind..lol). It will be fun and great photos to take and scrap later on :) Here is my photo for today Yep the tree is still up...we are going to get the stuff packed away tomorrow after the kids get home from school. I always wait till Epiphany Day to take my tree down.

Me: Being Published on a Scrapbook Trends Magazine in Aug/Sept 08 Issue Became a designer for manufacture- Creative Memories Hired to create an album for a client Meet some online scrapbookers and became great friends ( Hi Nicole and Betty :) ) My Family: Our First Disney World Trip I am still thinking of what its going to be for 2009.
