Happy New Year and my One Little Word

What is your one word that you will use this year? That one word that will change your life to a better tomorrow. Instead of doing resolutions for 2015, how you chose that one word that will become part of your life. I know there is no perfect word, there's only choices and paths and possibilities. The word will help you breath easier, to see clearer and to grow.
Something is different about this new year, such that I’d like to give my own version of a resolution a try.
Writing and creating art pieces has always brought me peace in some way. I will be getting back to it. Its been almost two years and I miss it.
I pondered for a few days what word I will be using this year. I honestly believe the word chose me. As I wrote the word down it started living all around me. I am letting it speak to me and I make even let it lead me. There is so many possibilities and I am thrilled.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
We all had these moments and if we embrace it then we conquer the shadows. The shadows can swallow us up but with faith it can be done.
1 Peter 5:7 -Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. and Philippians 4:13 -I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
The word I chose is BALANCE.
Balance is something I want to have, to embody, to be at my very core.
There are many facets of balance. I want to be more balanced physically, mentally, spiritually and with relationships.
I will focus on, pray on and reflect upon it in my daily life.
If you are interested in joining me, post your ONE WORD here. Lets make a year of growth and change for all of us
