Cranberry Pork Roast with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 pounds of pork roast
2 cups of canned cranberries
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder(Chinese spice mixer)
sea salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
3-4 large-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions
1. place the pork in the crock pot
2. In a measuring cup, mix together the cranberries, onion, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, five-spice powder, salt and black pepper; mix to combine.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork roast in the crock pot and arrange the potatoes around it.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
