Sausages with Sauerkraut and Beer
(Crock Pot)
Ingredients
8 precooked sausages
2 large onions, sliced
4 cups of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 bottle of beer
Directions
1. Add sausages and onions to the crock pot. Cook in high for 30 minutes (or you can just boil/fry them up before you put them in the crock pot)
2. Add the sauerkraut and beer; cover and cook on low for 3 hours
3. Serve with mustard if desired
