Ricotta "No Bake" Cheesecake



Ingredients
CRUST:

1 cup almond flour
2 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/2 tablespoons Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup or low carb/no sugar syrup

FILLING:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup whole ricotta cheese
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons almond extract
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy cream- beat till it peaks

TOPPING: crushed almonds


Instructions

CRUST:
Thoroughly mix all crust ingredients. Press firmly onto bottom. Freeze to firm.

FILLING:
Blend all filling ingredients until mixture is smooth and thick. Whip heavy cream till it reached it picked point; fold whip cream to the cheese mixture. Add cheese mixture to pan. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until set.
Serve as is, or top with additional sweet syrup.
