SNR: 12 Days of Christmas

If you have not been over at Scrapbook News and Review Magazine then you need to go :)

The 12 Days of Christmas is going on and I have another that got posted Day 8: Gift Card Container

Gift Card Holder by Lucy Chesna Supplies Patterned Paper, Die- Cuts: My Mind's Eye; Ink: Ranger; Clear Container: Heidi Swapp; Other: Trim, book ring

Supplies
Clear Container
Scraps of Double Sided Patterned Paper
Glue Dots
Trim
Book Ring
Ink (Optional)

Step One: Cut two pieces of patterned paper to fit inside the package and the back.

Step Two: Add glue dots to the trim and then wrap it around the smaller part of the package

Step Three: Cut a strip of patterned paper and glue it down on the front of the package then add your die-cut on top. I added pop dots to create dimension to the flower.

Step Four: Find the hole that was on top and cut it out with the exacto knife. Add the ring and trim for decoration and easy to add it to the tree.

Again its a great way to use those clear containers for gift cards or mini gifts. I am going to make more for birthdays and anniversaries that will be coming up in a few months.
