How to prep your cauliflower before you use it.

Cauliflower Cakes

You can call them cakes or fritters but I will just call them yummy. You can do so much with these like add turkey, chicken or meat. You can even add more veggies to it.
This recipe can be Keto, Paleo and Gluten Free.

For it to be Paleo recipe, do not add the cheese but instead 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 2 tbsp of coconut flower and 1 tbsp of Ghee to the recipe. This will balance the consistency and form better.

Ingredients

2 cups of cooked cauliflower
1 cups of cooked ground turkey
1 cup of minced mushrooms
1 cup of minced zucchini
2 tsp of onion power
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 small onion diced
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan
salt and pepper
1/2 cup of almond flower
1 egg, large

You can bake it but I fried it in olive oil plus I dipped the caked in almond flower to keep it together when I put it in the pan so it wouldn't fall apart.

Instructions
Saute the onions, mushrooms, zucchini till the veggies are soft. Add the cauliflower for another 5 minutes.
Put into a bowl and let it cool for a bit before you add the cooked turkey. Then add the almond flower, egg and the cheese. If its to firm and not soft in texture than add another egg.
Create your cakes and dip them in the almond flower. Put the cakes in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so it won't fall apart on you.
Add olive to pan and when it's hot then add your cakes. Cook them till they are brown on both sides. Ready to eat!

Enjoy and hope you try of the recipes. Please comment when you do.
