Cauliflower Mashed "Potato"
This recipe can be done in a few ways based on your healthy life has led you. Its definitely Gluten Free but what you put in for ingredients will go Keto or Paleo living. You can adjust to way you like it.
1 head of cauliflower- cut up in small pieces, boil it till its cooked then add the cauliflower to the food processor.
If you are going KETO .....
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cooked and drained
1/4 tbsp of chives
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
3 Tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of shredded cheeses
4 oz sour cream
Mix it all up in the food processor . Optional is add more cheese on top and load it up with crushed bacon...oh baby!!!
If you going Paleo....
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cooked and drained
1/4 cup of Ghee
salt and pepper
1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Mix it all up in the food processor
