Cauliflower Recipes- Part of 5 of 5- Dirty Cauliflower Rice


Last of the cauliflower recipes. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I will be adding more recipes a long the way. I love to bake and cook so you don't have to worry about that.


Dirty Cauliflower Rice

This will be great to uses with special sausages like Italian, Andouilla, Chicken and Turkey sausages. You can make this Vegan by adding tofu as a replacement for your meat. 

Ingredients
3 slices of bacon
4 oz of choice of meat
2 cups of cauliflower
1 celery stick, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped jalapeno
1/2 of a small onion, diced
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
olive oil

Instructions
Whatever you are using for meat, take it out its casing. Saute it till its cooked then cook the bacon till its crispy. Set aside the bacon and the meat.
In a pan, add olive oil then add celery, garlic and onion. Saute till its cooked then add the cauliflower, jalapeno and the dry seasonings.
Add the meat and bacon and stir all the ingredients.
Options: add green or red peppers or mushrooms to the ingredients
Ready to serve!!

Book Review and Give Away!

A couple months ago I was contacted by Laura Childs (New York Times best selling author). She writes mystery books and one of her mystery series is The Scrapbooking Mysteries Series . I have read all her books and was waiting for this book to come out  .  She asked if I'd be interested in reading an upcoming novel to be released this week and writing a review. I fainted!
