Chicken parmigiano with zucchini spirals



You can buy the machine to make the spirals or buy it premade at the grocery store. I personally have the machine because you save money and use for many veggies. It's awesome and I use it a lot.

This is what I have and you can get it online stores like Amazon and Walmart. 


Chicken parmigiana with zucchini spirals

Ingredients

4 Pieces of chicken breast cut in half
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 1/2 cups of Keto "bread Crumbs"
3 large eggs
Salt and Pepper
Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
2 zucchinis- spiral style
Homemade sauce or Keto friendly sauce

Instructions
1. Cut the chickens in half and pound them down a bit to flatten it a little
2. Grab 3 bowls- beat eggs in one, add heaving cream to the other and the last add your bread crumbs.
3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
4. Dip seasoned chicken into egg mix then add to bread crumb mix; shake off extra 
5. Then dip into heavy cream, add to bread crumbs again then lay on to flat platter
5. Put into refrigerator for 15 minutes to set before baking or frying it in olive oil, Crisco, coconut oil or Kerrygold butter
6. Cook up your zucchini with olive oil in a pan 
7. Add sauce to warm up
8. Ready to eat :)
